SJT 0-6-0 #4440 - St Joseph Terminal |
Description: |
Ex-UP 0-6-0 #4440 was given another master, the St Joseph Terminal, which served interchanges between UP and ATSF to name a few. The beefy 0-6-0 switcher is a Baldwin switcher built in April of 1918 (serial #48274). Below its cab window were the letters "ST.J.T.R.R.Co" but are covered with road grime in this photo. This is either a photo taken by T.W. Cassidy or one from his collection. |
