The SW1 is coupled to "Mountain View." There were five "View" blunt end sleeper-observations. See floor diagram at: http://railfan44.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=997986 The Coach Yard in the background (note the double ladder sort of behind the pole) is now Amtrak's. Looks like a CB&Q switcher back there with Empire Builder and North Coast Limited cars. Shot from the Roosevelt St. Bridge. |
