Timothy Braun General This is an FT that has been modified with Farr Grills, angled numberboards, and removed portholes by the B&O. It still has the characteristic FT pilot with the step not as integrated as later F units, as well as the FT style dynamic brake resistor box on the top of the locomotive. 9/26/2007 11:59:57 AM
warren evans General Note the large numberboards and stainless steel vertical slotted grills the Grills with horizontal Vains were named Farr-air vertical vained griils. This fta was up graded to an F7A. raised the housepower from 1350hp. to 1500Hp. still with the 567A. Engine. 4/7/2014 10:05:58 PM
