Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide (converted to B&W) by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Conemaugh, Pennsylvania, in April of 1963. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2017, a BF-16 built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton in March of 1952, rated at 1,600 horsepower, and retired in January of 1967 after just 15 years of revenue service. |
