| While checking out the location of the Pacific Harbor Lines former enginehouse at their now-gone Pier A Yard, a pair of NRE 3GS21B locomotives, PHL 30 and 31, were found crossing Alameda Street where it becomes Harry Bridges Boulevard in LA’s Wilmington neighborhood.
