| Eighteen months after coming through Anaheim on the Santa Fe as part of a very public Operation Life Saver special, a repainted and dirty SP 3201 sits in the Espee yard waiting to return to West Colton. Its day of red and yellow, and high end passenger assignments are over. All that's left is to finish out its days hauling freight. But it did get to keep one reminder from those former glory days, the still yellow painted big hole light. |
