| Here is a close up of what is labeled the rear of SRS 149 by Larry L. Stiles who was following the MOW doodlebug back to its temporary home in Brooklyn, IL - a few miles from East St Louis, IL. This last doodlebug maintenance vehicle built by Sperry has traveled much of the eastern US. Now hi-rail trucks have started taking over the duties once done by these doodlebugs. |
