Lorenz. Here is a photo via Bob Lorenz that was taken near Mingo Junction, Ohio, on 11 October 1967. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #6137, #4365, and three other units whose road numbers are not recorded. #6137 is an EF-36 built by GM-EMD in November of 1966 and rated at 3,600 horsepower. #4365 is an EFP-15 built as number "9865" in August of 1952, rated at 1,500 horsepower, and renumbered "4365" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger.
