Here is a photo that was taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #920, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during July of 1917 and retired in 1959 after 42 years of faithful service. Note that its main rod has been removed, so it's been prepared for movement to the recycling center. The photographer's name and the exact date are not recorded. ("AmanGold200"; #1 of 6) |
