CP 8939 with Lord Strathcona's Horse Regiment coat-of-arms on the nose         
CP 8939, E/B Fisher Siding with a unit stack train. The Lord Strathcona's Horse Regiment coat-of-arms on both sides of CP 8939's nose are in honor of the co-founder of CP Rail and the Regiment, Lord Strathcona, David Alexander Smith. CP remains associated with the Regiment and in 2019, another locomotive, CP 7030 was also given the coat-of-arms.
