| A CN train parallels Harrison St. and passes the former Byrd Ave. grade crossing as it works at the south end of the former SOO yard at Neenah, WI on 20 Apr. '19. Train had three locomotives, GTW 4907, IC 9605, CN 9424. Train is transitioning to a remnant of the former C&NW main line (now relegated to a passing siding). The beige facility at right is Voith (a.k.a. Voith Paper Fabric & Roll Systems, Inc., or Voith Paper Rolls Central, Inc., et al.), 401 Byrd Ave. They don't currently benefit from rail service. |
