PRR 3158, E-3SD, c. 1936         
Here is an original photo by an unidentified photographer of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3158, an E-3SD (4-4-2) "Atlantic" built in Juniata as an E-2D in 1906, rebuilt as an E-3SD in April of 1913, and retired in March of 1937 after 31 years of faithful service. Note that the bell, headlight, smokebox number plate, and main driving rods have been removed in preparation for scrapping. The exact date and the location are not recorded.
