If the yard was clogged and the yardmaster didnt have room for an inbound train, hed have the power cut off at the north end crossovers, leaving the train on the runner between there and BD. A yard job would go get the train later, when there was room to work it. Such is the case here, as a couple of rebuilt geeps have coupled on to a train left north of the crossovers and are now pulling it into the yard. That's Conklin Av(NY 7) overhead. |
