Local heads west
WAEL 39, an Elmira based local, usually worked only as far east as Owego, but sometimes would swap cars with WABH 11 at Endicott. This was one of those days, as we see the Elmira train rolling west at Campville.

Cool Shot. ANy idea what cars EL39/BH11 had to swap? I know EL39 ran east to BInghamton on occasion, but I don't know what the need for doing so might have been since OIBU/BUOI made pickups/setouts at GM/Elmira/BInghamton. Not sure what the locals would have needed to connect for?
