Unusual signal  Contributor's Pick!       
The signal itself is not that big a deal for the Southern Tier-there were lots of semaphores up til NS took over. Whats unusual is that its showing approach, an aspect not often seen, largely due to its short duration. Here OIBU passes on a gloomy afternoon in May with a whopping 36 cars.
