| Here is another ICG GP38 captured by an unknown amateur photographer in the early 1980's. This unit, former IC #9604 built by EMD in 1974, carried the name "Roswell B. Mason" after the IC executive who later became the mayor of Chicago. Unfortunate for him, the Great Chicago Fire occurred during his term in office. Moral - should have stayed a railroad man! |
