Not sure what the puff of smoke (or steam) is all about, but this RS3 unit looks like it will be pulling a 1950's fan trip from the looks of the passengers.

Alan Fricker General Gary, I suspect it's steam coming from the steam line. I think this is a steam generator equipped RS3 that was used in commuter service at times. 8/19/2013 7:44:26 PM
