Stephen Borleske General This is the WCF&N 381. It was one of two WCF&N cars to escape the carbarn fire in Waterloo. It was built for service in Knoxville. It is now at Midwest Electric in Mt. Pleasant, IA, and is run several times a year. It is a fun car to run. 1/10/2015 4:16:58 PM
