AMTK 8400         
Coach-diner 8400 was originally Great Northern 1145, one of two such cars (1145, 1146) delivered by American Car & Foundry in May 1950 for service on the INTERNATIONAL between Seattle and Vancouver, B.C. The two cars became Amtrak 8400 and 8401. Photographed is storage at New Orleans, it was sold the next year.
