CN 69103 and WC 68435, ex-SOO |
Description: |
Judging from their watertower, the Village of Hilbert is justifiably proud,of its railroad heritage. The village has inseperable ties to two of the mid-west’s great rail lines, MILW and SOO. In the shadow of the watertower lies some CN MoW equipment spotted on former MILW rails at Hilbert, WI on 22 Mar. '14. It looks like they are prep`ring to complete some track maintenance. WC 68435 (remnants of “SOO LINE” letters are partially visible in middle panels of gondola), BLT 4-70, WT 64600, CU FT 2490, "Built by Thrall". CN 69103, John Deere 120D, OTM Tracker, Brandt, GVW 37740. |
