B&MLs Flanger
Title:  B&MLs Flanger
Description:  I came across the B&ML flanger in the yard at City Point this summer. The flanger components came from the St. Georges Valley RR sometime in the 50s. BML installed the device on a flat car with limited success. After a season to two the components were sent to BAR’s Derby shop where it was installed in a BAR fertilizer car and thence returned to the BML. The fertilizer car was an assigned car when in service on the BAR running between The County and Searsport. /DL
