Description:  It was a big surprise when I saw this Akron, Canton & Youngstown ACF 3-bay covered hopper. I thought they were all gone by then. As a side note, N&W added "700" prefix to the AC&Y covered hoppers. The actual sate is unknown but during the mid-90s.
